We do understand that some orders my be incorrect due to human error sometimes your order may be short an insert. If we have that particular insert we will include it in your next order. However, if that insert is sold out we will provide you a credit toward your next order.
Any pre-order not paid for by 9am Sunday will be cancelled and inserts will be given to others.
Pre-orders will not be credited or refunded for a coupon not listed in the insert.
Although we pride ourselves on getting your package out to you quickly we cannot promise that payment received after 11 am pst will ship same day.
Insert pricing varies based on supply and demand. Once you submit order, if a lower pricing becomes available for that insert we will not credit the difference.
Bonus are on a first come first server bases and are provided while supplies last. Therefore is no guarantee your package will include one. Orders with bonus insert options will not be refunded of credit for shipped orders that don't include the listed bonus.
There is a 1 bonus per house hold limit and Bonus will not be included in double orders.
Order that include discount codes will not be eligible to receive a bonus.
